Review of WHISTLEFRITZ: Our FAVORITE French Program for Toddlers

We love Fritzi! He's the mouse mascot of Whistlefritz, a great Language Learning program for toddlers. There are 4 videos & 3 cds.

The 40-minute videos provide an immersion experience since they're entirely in French. 3-year-old Jubilee loves them and often requests, "Let's watch Fritzi!" Since they're longer I use them when I need to keep her occupied or as a reward for practicing French.

Whistlefritz calls their music "irresistible world music rhythms" and I couldn't agree more. It's lively, memorable and something I don't mind listening to on repeat. Jubilee's favorite is "Les Enfants Quand Ils Dansent" and it's the cutest thing ever to see her shake her little hips and point to all the body parts.

I was able to find some Whistlefritz dvds at my local library and through their online Hoopla app so be sure to give that a try. All 3 cds - Cha Cha Cha, Carnaval, and Allons Danser!  - are also available on Spotify

If you want more specifics on the program check out their website or for an opinion about how it rates as a formal curriculum read Language Learning at Home's Full Review on Whistlefritz French & Spanish.
